Was really delicious?

We were horrified on our last visit to the restaurant! Neither was the staff handed a slip of paper to record our data, nor was the waiter wearing a mouth and nose protection. When I asked him about it, he just shrugged his shoulders and went to the next table without a word. His colleagues had only pulled the mask loosely over their mouth and their nose was not covered. This is NOT possible at all in these times! You won't see us again at Rancho Grande, but maybe the public order office will drop by and explain to the staff ...

Fillet was good, already a bit cold, with the side dishes, tomato sauce didn't taste good! Otherwise nice, also the staff

Yes, there were four of us. With 3 food to complain about.

Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated. Meat was no longer warm and garlic bread was wobbly.

Very nice shop, friendly staff, you don't have to wait long. Has been there several times, great steaks and burgers ? again and again ... only to be recommended no disappointment

As always the steaks to the point and super delicious. Too bad that there was so little going on because of the corona reports. The shop deserves more guests.

This restaurant is recommended. The food is very appetizing and tasty and the price is absolutely ok. The service is very friendly and quick. Since we come from outside, we often plan to stop here at noon.

Great restaurant in Heide. Good hygiene measures. Friendly, brisk and competent service staff. Very good cuisine and a good price / performance ratio. Gladly again. It's worth a visit.

Reservation worked great. The food was very good. Nothing to complain about. The service very brisk and very attentive. Were very enthusiastic as always without the quality deteriorating.

Very friendly staff and delicious food. Together with the Fidelio you have the best foil potatoes far and wide. :-)

The food was delicious and came quickly. The service was very friendly. At the end of our meal, we unfortunately had to ask more often about the service, because we were no longer asked for drinks. But otherwise everything is fine

Ate here again after a long time. I didn't know that the renovation was going on. Become chick. The steaks are still great. And the service fits too. A little tip: make a reservation !!!!

There were ten of us there, the reservation worked without any problems. The service staff was reliable, but could still work on the friendliness, but you can ignore that. The food was relatively quick and each of us was very satisfied. The meat was fried to the point and soft as butter, there was nice crisp bread, as well as delicious crispy fries. I would have to think really long to find a negative point when eating.

Staff very friendly, steak good taste. Price performance good. Unfortunately, the steak came too quickly, that you could not finish the salad. Will come back !!

If you want to eat in Heide, go here. I was pleasantly surprised, great atmosphere & friendly staff. Great!

The restaurant was very busy and we came without a reservation. Nevertheless, a beautiful place was "cleared" for us. The service was very attentive and friendly. The food was very tasty and appetizing. We would love to come back.

Very nice and cozy after a stylish renovation. Very friendly and attentive service, short waiting times and excellent food. Alone, for two or in groups recommended. The lunch offers are varied.

We had a great lunch there at quick stopover. There is a weekly changing lunch menu or a bbq platter for a very good price available. Fast and friendly service.
